Did you know that as an employer you are required to respond to an employee within FIVE business days of receiving a request or becoming aware of the need for FMLA (Family Land Medical Leave Act) leave?
The easiest way to comply with this response requirement is to use the FMLA form Notice of Eligibility and Rights & Responsibilities (WH-381) found here: https://www.dol.gov/whd/forms/WH-381.pdf !
